Glass Green Morning Counter
/glassGreenMorningCounter
Design philosophy: create a fresh neighbourhood café system with the cleanliness of glass shelving and the depth of painted green shopfronts. Core beliefs: colour should guide decisions, not decorate every block; the page should feel like a capable owner can update it without breaking the design. Strict rules: white navbar, 80vh full-width daylight hero, deep-glass-green CTA, plain secondary menu link, centered introduction, alternating image/text sections, one green accent band with white text, one photographic overlay story section, menu grouped by category, and location split into hours, address, contact, and directions. Typography philosophy: pair Frutiger, Myriad Pro, Trebuchet MS refined with tracking, or IBM Plex Sans; avoid novelty display faces. Palette: clean white, pale mint-gray, cool steel, deep glass green, charcoal, tiny cranberry accent. Spacing: modular, calm, readable. Motion: opacity only. Imagery: window light, tiled counters, espresso, exterior signage. Refuses botanical clichés, badges, stickers, beige. Mediocre implementation: bland green template. Common mistakes: low-contrast greens, too many centered sections, decorative café icons.
