Typography philosophy: pair FF Meta, Myriad Pro, Scala Sans, or Optima with Lato, Cabin, or Source Sans 3; restrained hierarchy and readable line lengths. Palette: milk white, pale lilac-gray, cool pewter, deep aubergine, charcoal, tiny orange-red accent. Spacing: calm, consistent, owner-editable. Motion: hover darkening only. Imagery: ceramics, table corners, staff hands, street frontage. Refuses florals, badges, gradients, avatars, beige. Mediocre implementation: muddy purple template.
