Milkglass Peacock Conservatory Register
/milkglassPeacockConservatoryRegister
Design philosophy: a brighter countryside exploration with milkglass backgrounds, mist-gray section breaks, deep charcoal copy, golden review stars, and a dark peacock-blue feature section for confidence, booking, or owner notes. Core beliefs: local charm should come from proportion, real photography, well-structured information, and restrained colour—not decorative motifs. Strict rules: light sans-serif navbar, split hero with garden-room, window-table, or village-sign photography, review stars below the main message, compact CTAs, centered headline with review count, beautifully ruled menu table, peacock-blue editorial band with light text, and precise hours/location columns. Typography philosophy: pair Gill Sans-style Humanist 521, Optima, or Raleway with Source Sans Pro, Karla, or Roboto Slab for sturdy readable contrast. Spacing: calm, aligned, owner-editable, not overly polished. Motion: soft image fades and hover darkening only. Imagery: china cups, printed menus, conservatory light, wet windows. Refuses botanical icons, AI illustrations, badges, avatars, beige. Mediocre implementation/common mistakes: generic teal brochure, too much peacock colour, weak font scale, cramped tables.
