Porcelain Rain & Damson Ink Afternoon Register

/porcelainRainDamsonInkAfternoonRegister

Design philosophy: a close-family light café register built from Bootstrap-white pages, cool w3-light-grey section bands, porcelain blue-grey rules, charcoal copy, golden review stars, and a restrained damson-ink accent for CTAs and active nav only. Core beliefs: trust comes from readable rows, honest images, consistent gutters, and owner-maintainable content. Strict rules: light navbar, centered serif hero, short paragraph, paired square CTAs, rectangular image, ruled menu/service rows, opening details, quiet footer. Typography philosophy: pair Lora, Libre Baskerville, or Tinos headings with Source Sans 3, Karla, or PT Sans body at 17–18px. Spacing philosophy: compact 2014-builder cadence, aligned left edges, modest vertical rhythm. Motion: opacity fades and underline hovers. Imagery: rainlit windows, porcelain cups, silver spoons, printed menus. Refuses beige, badges, avatars, gradients, decorative frames. Common mistakes: purple overload, weak table alignment, oversized luxury type.
